Own It Podcast
Photographing Other People's Property: Architecture, Trademarks, Logos

Photographs often include elements of other people's property. Intellectual or otherwise, incidental or intentional, there is a lot that the photographer needs to be aware of in order to make sure their creative activity does not infringe on corporate ownership.

In Own It's second podcast, representatives from the Association of Photographers and Finers Stephens Innocent Law Firm look at the ins and outs of photographing buildings, trademarks and logos, how to find and deal with copyright holders and the legal framework and implications.
