Indie Business Development Scheme
Skillset has now run its second scheme aimed at helping independent television production companies to grow their businesses.
The Skillset Indie Business Development Scheme was designed in consultation with the independent production sector, broadcasters, industry advisers, trade associations and public film and television bodies. The aim of the scheme was to help indies get stronger and more secure, through a combination of expert industry and business planning advice, and training and development solutions.
The scheme helped companies stuck in a rut, through access to a package of structured support. Everyone who applied received a free profiling service, whether or not selected for further support.
Unfortunatly the deadline for this scheme has now past, but if you would still like further advice onn company support please have a look at some of the other schemes offered in these pages.
In addition, if your company is in need of HR training and development, Pact is currently offering support via its in.indie scheme.
