Recruiting through an agency
Advertising your vacancy online helps you to reach a wide range of candidates, often very quickly. It is usually cheaper than using an agency. Most recruitment websites offer 'post job' and 'search CV' facilities to employers who register with them. On some sites, job seekers can sign up for email or text message alerts - so you may have a rapid response to your posting.
