Runners are responsible for client hospitality, including providing food and drinks. Because clients spend long periods of time at Post Production houses during the editing process, they are usually catered for on the premises, and may enter almost every part of the facility at some time or other

Receptionists work at front of house and are the company's first point of contact for most clients it is essential that they make a positive impression. Receptionists are part of the team that supports the work of senior Post Production personnel and clients and are usually employees of the company.

Bookings Co-ordinators/Schedulers are part of the team that supports the work of Post Production personnel and clients. Bookings personnel are the organisers and schedulers of work in progress; they must always know the exact location within the facility of each job, and the stage in the Post Production process which has been achieved.
