As part of A Bigger Future Susan offers a free Human Resources (HR) and Training consultancy service to all sectors in the Film industry with the aim of helping companies design an HR and Training strategy to enable them to be more effective with their business and resources.

Carrie's role is to facilitate the development of the Screen Academy Network, building close working relationships between industry and the Network. She is also responsible for ensuring linkages between the Skillset Accredited Courses and the Screen Academy Network.
