How to apply for the free HR consultancy service (Stage 1)
UK independent film companies that are without HR support are able to apply for a free Human Resources and Training Consultancy service from a specialist.
The company development scheme is a particularly unique offer, helping company management in independent film businesses to:
- Put in place a human resources and training strategy to suit their business needs and ensure they understand and comply with current employment legislation
- Conduct a training needs analysis and design and agree a training programme with the aim of improving their business and management skills
- Assess and improve their business development processes
We welcome applications under this programme from companies who meet the following criteria:
- Are a small to medium-sized company with a maximum of 250 employees;
- Are an independent company working within the UK film industry, from any sector
- Have no HR support;
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity within your company;
- Demonstrate a commitment to expanding and developing your business;
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing your employees.
If you would like to apply for the ‘Human Resources (HR) and Training Consultancy service' with Susan Kennedy, you need to write a short letter explaining: how you meet the eligibility criteria; why you would benefit from the service and whether you would be interested in developing a training strategy and send it to:
