The Skillset Film Trainee Network subsidises trainee placements for UK film companies. Companies benefit from high calibre talent, while trainees gain further skills and experience.

Key Aims
To nurture and develop talent from diverse backgrounds so the best people can establish an ongoing career in the industry; to benefit the production companies paying the Skills Investment Fund (SIF), and others who fulfil our criteria, and to expose talent to the latest technologies so they are more industry-ready.

Benefits
The Skillset Film Trainee Network uses money from our Film Skills Fund to cover a significant proportion of the trainee placement costs. As all trainees have completed industry-approved training, or have some experience in the industry, they will be able to contribute to your projects.
