Skillset Accreditation is awarded to specific practice-based courses in the UK. Industry practitioners assess courses to ensure that they will equip students with the the skills, knowledge and experience needed by employers in the creative media industries.  

Skillset has re-launched the accreditation scheme for MA Screenwriting courses and welcomes applications from institutions wishing to gain industry recognition. For full details please see 'Get your MA Screenwriting course accredited' below.

Please note this accreditation scheme is only available for Screenwriting courses at Postgraduate level. 

There are curerently ten accredited undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the Film sector, from previous accreditation rounds. Skillset also accredits undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Animation and Computer Games.
