It didn't take long for the very first, very simple, computer games to catch the attention of education. Even with the simplest of graphics and moribund processor speeds, children were gripped, and education was fascinated. But that attention was characterised by two entirely different perspectives: some saw a ‘glass half-full', where others saw a ‘glass half-empty'.
