The Leadership and Management programme aims to support these leaders and senior managers by augmenting their business skills, for the benefit of the organisation as well as the individual.

Training in Leadership and Management, can equip senior managers with a wide range of skills including strategic business planning, effective two-way communication, motivating and unlocking the potential of staff through empowerment and development, and successful change management.

Training solutions need to be fully flexible and tailored specifically to fit with the manager’s lifestyle and needs as well as those of the organisation.They include a wide variety of courses and workshops, executive coaching and mentoring as well as more traditional management qualifications such as MBAs.

One of our training and performance skills brokers will visit your organisation to discuss your particular Leadership and Management needs.They will facilitate the completion of a personal action plan for you, or one of your senior management team.This plan will include details of relevant learning routes and suggested suppliers from a list of registered training providers.

You may also qualify for a 50% reimbursement of up to
£1,000 towards your training costs.

Do I qualify for the support?
If your organisation is in the private sector and employs between 20 and 250 employees, then you may be eligible for the support detailed above.
