About our work
Skillset's work with the Photo Imaging industry is based on our Skills Strategy for Photo Imaging, developed following extensive consultation with industry.
A major workforce survey then took place in 2007 which informed both our Photo Imaging Sector Profile and the updating of our strategy. We have produced an Action Plan to set out what we will do to deliver the recommendations of the strategy - this is summarised in our core offer to the Photo Imaging industry, which you can read below.
The Photo Imaging Skills Council is responsible for setting and overseeing Skillset's strategy for photo imaging and for ensuring that Skillset's activities and interventions are responsive to the needs of the sector.
