Aside from individual companies and practitioners, the following Photo Imaging industry stakeholders are likely to be impacted by, or be able to have an influence on, the implementation of this strategy. It is hoped that this strategy can be put into practise collaboratively, in partnership with these stakeholders, so that mutual benefit for all parties can be realised.

- Break down existing barriers, particularly between expectations of demand and realities of supply
- Provide colleges and universities with better information and intelligence about commercial skills development needs
- Create environments where businesses can offer support for students in terms of placements and visiting lectureships
- Provide opportunities for colleges and private providers to collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers in order to offer relevant high-level Continuing Professional Development training
