In close partnership with Creative and Cultural Skills and Skillfast-UK, the 14-19 Development Team are working to ensure that, for the first time, the creative and media industries can have a positive and proactive input into the education of young people though the Creative and Media Diploma.

This post is the project lead for the Diploma in Creative and Media. They are responsible for planning and implementing strategic activities of the Diploma Development Partnership and managing the work of the 14-19 Team in preparation for implementation of the Diploma.

Clive Lissaman - 14-19 Education Business Manager
Clive leads on Employer Engagement for the Diploma Development Partnership, including managing the Industry Steering Group and working with its members to develop projects and activities to support Employer Engagement with the Diploma in Creative and Media. Clive works closely with the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust on work related learning training for consortia across England.

Gini Stirling, Consultant
Gini works with Skillset to develop and support engagement between higher education and consortia in the delivery of the Diploma in Creative and Media and to achieve recognition and currency for the Diploma in relation to progression into HE programmes.

Karen Langston - Director of Qualifications
Karen is in charge of Skillset's Qualifications programme set out in the Audio Visual Qualifications Strategy. This comprises the Diploma in Creative and Media, technical certificates, Apprenticeships, National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications (N/SVQs) and other vocational qualifications. Karen also oversees the National Occupational Standards (NOS) development and the Advice, Information and Guidance programmes.
