Futures the Diploma Offers
The majority of people working in the Creative and Media Industries have continued their education at university or college before going into the industry.
The Diploma in Creative and Media has been designed to prepare you for university, helping you to develop an independent and creative approach to learning that will help you in any course you choose to study, creative or otherwise.
The Advanced Diploma is equivalent to 3.5 A levels, and all UK universities have stated that an Advanced Diploma holder can access undergraduate courses at their institution. You can read what each university has said on the UCAS website.
Some university courses will require particular qualifications as part of your Additional and Specialist Learning. If for example, you want to study dance at university, you may want to take graded dance exams as your ASL. Your teacher or Careers Advisor can give you more information about your options.
