Diploma in Creative and Media - Request for case studies
Time frame: December 2007 - April 2008
Case studies to be submitted: As soon as possible.
Regional consortia of schools, colleges, employers and specialist training providers will start teaching the Diploma in Creative and Media from September 2008.
The Diploma Development Partnership (DDP) for Creative and Media is a partnership of five advisory groups, a strategic group and a steering group, representing different stakeholders including industry, Higher Education (HE) and awarding bodies. The DDP is using the expertise and advice gathered through those groups in order to develop models of working to promote successful delivery of the Diploma.
To ensure that the Diploma offers the best opportunities for quality learning and ensures successful progression into relevant HE programmes, it is imperative that consortia engage with HE in the delivery of the Diploma.
In order to highlight and promote activities which link schools, colleges and HE in the delivery of creative and media focused projects, the DDP are seeking to identify examples of existing or planned collaborative work which may be produced as case studies.
Examples of case studies may include:

Case-studies may be written or visual and will be uploaded on to the Diploma section of Skillset's website: www.skillset.org/creativeandmediadiploma.
