Ryan Taylor - Newcomer award winner, Arqiva Awards
Ryan won the 2009 Skillset sponsored Presentation Newcomer Award at the Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards.
Ryan has worked his way up from promotions to audio assistant and now has his own daytime show on Cambridgeshire's Star Radio. Ryan does not have any media qualifications and attributes his success to on the job training and the ongoing support of his programme controller.
