Employer Research
In 2006 Skillset undertook a large scale telephone survey of audio visual employers. The main objective was to add to the wealth of skills and training information gathered from the workforce.
The interviews gathered employers' views of supply, provision and perceptions of skills within their current and future workforce.
Employer focused research is likely to become a regular component of Skillset's programme of research.
