Skills for Tomorrow's Media
Skills for Tomorrow's Media, the Audio Visual Industries Training Group (AVITG) Report, was published in September 2001. The aim of the report was to analyse skills needs and develop a long-term strategy to ensure the future competitiveness of the audio visual industries.
The AVITG Report was the result of a joint initiatitive by the Department for Culture, Media & Sport and the Skillset Audio Visual Industries Training Group which was chaired by Roger Laughton, bringing together over 75 senior industry figures over two years.
The whole report listed below is 207 pages long, but a 27 page Executive Summary is also available. Skillset regret that hard copies of this report are no longer available.
