Diversity - Who to Contact
All Skillset staff are responsible for implementing our work on Diversity, but our strategy and activities are led by key people across the organisation. Our head of diversity for external and internal matters is:

Executive Director – Corporate & Business Affairs
Gary leads on Skillset's work in this area and represents Skillset on diversity issues to the industry and other stakeholders.
We have also established an internal Diversity Champions Group to provide a focus and channel for further discussion. The Diversity Champions are:
- Glenn Bascombe, London Project Manager
- Lisa Bisnouth, Finance and Contracts Co-ordinator
- Dinah Caine, Chief Executive
- Gregory David, Careers Information Co-ordinator

- Nichola Large, Contracts Co-ordinator
- John Lee, Monitoring & Evaluation Co-ordinator

Skillset is very proud to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion, and is delighted to have been ranked as one of Stonewall's Top 100 Employers in 2008 and 2009.
Stonewall is Britain's good practice forum in which employers can work with Stonewall, and each other, to promote lesbian, gay and bisexual equality in the workplace.

Skillset is also delighted to have been awarded the Positive about Disabled People kitemark by the government agency Jobcentre Plus. We endeavour to ensure that all job applicants are treated fairly, and we welcome applications from all sections of the community. If you have a disability and you meet the essential job requirements, you will be shortlisted for inclusion in the recruitment process.
