Skillset Graduate Fellowship Programme
Now in its second year the Skillset Graduate Fellowship Programme provides up to 11 professionals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities with paid work placements lasting up to one year in some of the leading film businesses.
This year the Host Companies include:
- Ruby Films
- Recorded Picture Company
- Film Four
- Focus Features
- Revolution Films
Placements cover a variety of disciplines from Script Development, Accountancy through to Sales, PR and Distribution.
This year the programme is being managed by Diva (Diversity in Visual Arts) Films. The programme is delivered under clause 37 of Race Relations Act.
The Skillset Graduate Fellowship Programme is funded by the Skillset Film Skills Fund and the UK Film Council Diversity Department.
The Skillset Film Skills Fund is supported by the National Lottery through the UK Film Council and the film industry through the Skills Investment Fund as part of 'A Bigger Future' the UK film skills strategy.
