The Board meets four times a year and has a number of Standing Committees which report directly to it. These include:
- Organisation Performance and Review Committee;
- Finance and Audit Committee;
- Remuneration Committee; and
- Board Appointments Committee.
Our Film Skills Strategy Committee guides investment through the Film Skills Fund and contributing members of the TV Skills Strategy Committee oversee investment through TV Freelance Fund.
