Organisation and Performance Review Committee
The Organisation and Performance Review Committee has delegated powers to monitor and review the efficient management and development of the organisation. The objective of this Committee is to oversee the day-to-day management and direction of the organisation, review its performance against the objectives provided by the Board of Directors and report back to the Board, in line with the Terms of Reference set out below.
