Natalie Carsey - Executive Director of Finance and Operations (Maternity leave)
The Executive Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for ensuring the finances of the organisation are managed effectively. Natalie is also responsible for the effective management of Human Resources within Skillset and the office team. With the rest of the Executive team, Natalie is in charge of developing the overall strategic direction for Skillset ensuring that the organisation remains financially viable.

Michelle Care – HR & Office Manager
Michelle is responsible for the effective and efficient running of the Skillset offices and also manages the office team. Michelle is responsible for the running of Skillset's Human Resource, Personnel, Training, Diversity, Organisational Development and associated systems, policies and procedures.
