Karen Langston - Director of Qualifications
Karen is in charge of Skillset's Qualifications programme set out in the Audio Visual Qualifications Strategy. This comprises the Diploma in Creative and Media, technical certificates, Apprenticeships, National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications (N/SVQs) and other vocational qualifications. Karen also oversees the National Occupational Standards (NOS) development and the Advice, Information and Guidance programmes.

Nicole leads on the quality processes evaluating Skillset's network of Media and Screen Academies, accredited courses and training, ensuring that only programmes that meet extremely high employer engagement standards are awarded the Skillset "tick".
