Developed by the Management Standards Centre (MSC) after two years of extensive consultation, these generic and incredibly flexible standards address vital areas of skill to everyone working in the creative media industries.
The standards are designed to provide a framework for everyone with an interest is business and workforce development. The Management and Leadership Standards, cover a variety of topics including change management, customer service, team leadership and finance. Skillset want to encourage the use of these Standards amongst employers as well as influence any future review so we would like to know want that they effectively represent employer priorities for the creative media industries.
