Why do different sets of the Standards have different dates on them?
The Standards have been developed at different times over a number of years. However, all of the Standards are the most current set.
The Standards team is constantly working to keep the Standards up to date and are working to develop new Standards and revise old ones incrementally.
How can you help?
Skillset welcomes feedback from you, the people working in the industry, on a daily basis to tell us if there are any elements of the current standards you think do need to be revised or revisited.

All of our Standards are FREE to use and download!
The ownership and copyright of the Standards belongs to Skillset. However, Skillset would like them to be available as widely as possible for the industry and individuals who may want to work in it. However if you wish to use Standards from other Sector Skills Councils or sector bodies they may charge you if you request a hard copy rather than downloading and printing them off from website, so it is probably best to contact them first.
If you have any questions about the Skillset Standards please contact our Standards Team – standards@skillset.org / 020 7713 9800.
