Strategy
Skillset is a strategic organisation. We work with employers, key partners and stakeholders to develop strategies and action plans which ensure that the UK audio visual and publishing industries have continued access to the skills and talent they require to remain competitive.
We consult with the audio visual and publishing industries and produce robust research to identify key skill gaps and future needs. Our strategies and action plans are developed, approved and supported by our industry representatives, and education and public stakeholders.
