Digital Britain: Creating the Skills for the Digital Economy
Following the publication of ‘Digital Britain: the interim report', Lord Stephen Carter asked the Sector Skills Councils, e-skills UK and Skillset, to provide detailed analysis covering:
- An assessment of productivity and skills gaps;
- An assessment of the existing education and training infrastructure;
- The case for change;
- Recommendations for action.
This paper will be used to inform decisions taken in the final Digital Britain Report in partnership with Government Departments and the Devolved Administrations.
