Organisational Strategic Planning
Skillset’s six organisational strategic objectives from which all activity flows are:
- Ensuring that our industries are at the heart of our policy development;
- Ensuring that the industry has access to relevant provision and solutions;
- Striving to deliver our role with consistency of offer and quality across all-sectors and throughout the UK;
- Providing the strategic brokerage role for industry and government to achieve mutual benefit;
- Placing diversity at the heart of all activity both internally and externally; and
- Developing an organisation which is fit for purpose.
Under each of these strategic objectives we have identified a number of strategic priority activities which will help achieve our objectives.
