Bournemouth Skillset Screen & Media Academy
The partners of Bournemouth Skillset Screen & Media Academy are established major education centres for the media industries and have specialised in film education for almost forty years. The Academy is a collaboration between the Media School of Bournemouth University and the Arts Institute at Bournemouth, which are sited on joint campuses.
Bournemouth Media School is the largest centre of vocational higher education for the media industries in the UK and includes the UK's only Centre for Excellence in Media Practice* and the National Centre for Computer Animation. The Arts Institute is one of the leading specialist institutions of art, design and media, and incorporates the long established Bournemouth Film School. Together, as the Bournemouth Screen Academy, they offer twenty film-related degree courses.
