The TV Skills Strategy Committee (now known as The TV Skills Council) guided Skillset's work in developing the TV Strategy, with the aim of providing an initial overview of the size and shape of the television industry to identify the main skills issues facing the sector, including any particular national or regional differences, and report on how these are currently being met. Informed by this, we have suggested a number of solutions and made recommendations aimed at Skillset, the industry and Government and its public agencies.

The current TV Skills Council members include:

Peter Dale - ITF (Chair)

Clare Pickering - Endemol UK (Deputy Chair)

Jo Taylor - C4

Angela Roberts / Andrew Carmichael  - BBC (alternates)

Peter Hallard / Kate Drewitt - ITV (alternates)
