Convergence made easy: tools for collaboration
If you've found that your convergence projects could do with being a little more convergent, Pact and NESTA have the tools for you.
Pact identified a need in the TV and new media sectors for a simple framework to help develop multi-platform ideas. One of the barriers to creative and commercial innovation is the lack of clear, open-source material that encourages creative businesses to converge.
In response, they've worked with NESTA to develop a Guide to Collaborating, providing information and a legal framework to make co-creating multi-platform projects and developing intellectual property run more smoothly. They also offer templates for a Collaboration Agreement and a Convergent Agreement, as well as a Joint Venture checklist.
