Shaping up for 2008

Refreshing the TV Skills Strategy

After a year of change and challenges in 2007 across the TV industry, Skillset started the year with a debate on how it could help the industry shape up for 2008.

The discussion brought together about 100 key TV practitioners to gauge opinion, debate the skills agenda and set Skillset's priorities within the TV industry for the year ahead.

Topics covered included trust, diversity, and multi-platform. We asked top TV executives for their views on these.

What's next? We've taken on board what the industry has told us and have created a revised TV Action Plan to reflect the themes discussed, which you can read here:
