Final Cut Pro training for Non-Editors in Wales
If you're not an Editor but still want to know how to get the best out of Final Cut Pro to meet your needs, then this Skillset Cymru Training Framework-funded course is for you.
DV Talent is delivering an Editing for Non-Editors training programme across Wales, suitable for Researchers, APs, Development Producers, Producers and Directors, Cameramen and Series Producers.
This training programme will give you a thorough grounding in Final Cut Pro in order to create rough assemblies and more advanced edits of your programmes as well as the skills needed to distribute and showcase your work across different platforms.
As well as learning how to use the editing software - including customising preferences and settings, editing in the timeline, capturing video, and basic graphics and text - the course is designed to enhance creativity because learning editing techniques and how material best cuts together will help you improve your producing, directing and storytelling abilities.
First course: 20 -21 March 2010
Venue: Bangor
Places: 8 places
Costs*: Although course is heavily subsidised, there is a cost of £189 per delegate.
