Improving productivity and business within the London region forms a key part of the aims and objectives of the London team, and Skillset overall. In order that we can drive the improvement of skills and workforce development, we maintain and continue to develop good relationships with businesses across the capital.

London has always attracted Creative Media, for the close proximately of related industries, the varied location opportunities and the vast networking opportunities. Some of the most successful films to date have been shot and produced in London, including the Harry Potter and Bond movies, as well as popular TV productions, such as Ruby in the Smoke.
The region is home to the sector's major employers - the BBC, Channel 4, BskyB, Capital Radio, Random House, Pengiun, ITV, five, Discovery and MTV; most of the larger independent production companies - Endemol, Celador, Tiger Aspect; and significant interactive agencies - LBi London, AKQA, etc.
