2011 will see one of the most significant developments in British broadcasting; the creation of mediacity:uk. One of the major presences at mediacity:uk will be the BBC who are relocating 5 departments.
On a more current note Liverpool is the European Capital of Culture 2008, hosting a 12 month celebration of the best in the arts, heritage and culture.
