Skillset Academy Network
Skillset's Media and Screen Academy Networks allow education and industry to work together throughout the UK to produce leaders of the future in creative media worldwide.
In Scotland, we have 2 Skillset Academies: one media and one screen academy.
Screen Academy Scotland (SAS), based at the new Merchiston Avenue production centre at Napier University, is a collaboration between the university and Edinburgh College of Art (eca). The Academy brings together Napier and eca's existing and new post-graduate programmes in the creative, craft and business skills of film-making. On offer will also be a range of short courses and continuing professional development opportunities.
The Skillset Screen Academies are institutions which the UK film industry sees as offering the highest quality of skills training for film.

- MFA Advanced Film Practice
The core programmes offered by the Academy at Edinburgh College of Art are:
